Thai Inspired Melon Salad

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Runny honey 1 Tablespoon
  Thai fish sauce 2 Teaspoon (Nam Pla)
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon (Juice Extracted From 2 Limes)
  Grated lime zest 1 Tablespoon
  Red chilies 2 , finely diced
  Shrimp 175 Gram, cooked, shelled
  Unsalted roasted peanuts 50 Gram
  Ogen melon/Galia melon 1 , peeled and chopped into 2.5 centimeter dice
  Chopped coriander leaves 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped mint leaves 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a large bowl, combine the garlic, honey, nam pla, lime juice, lime zest and chillies.
Fold in the shrimp and peanuts.
Add the melon and stir to combine.
Garnish with chopped coriander and mint.
Chill until ready to serve.
