1. In a mortar, put cilantro, garlic, Thai chili and black peppercorns and crush with the pestle.
2. In a frying pan, heat cooking oil. Add the chicken, onion, Thai chili sauce, oyster sauce and black soy sauce. Stir well.
3. Tip in the cooked spaghetti and pour the water. Add bell peppers and salt. Mix well and cook for few minutes.
4. Turn off the heat and mix the Thai sweet basil.
