Pad Kee Mao - Sauce Thai Spicy Noodles / Spaghetti

Ingredients
For thai chili sauce
  Cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm)
  Thai chili 8
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Other ingredients
  Boneless and skinless chicken 150 Gram (cut into thin pieces)
  White onion 1⁄2 , sliced
  Oyster sauce 3 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Thai sweet basil 10 Gram (6-7 leaves)
  Red bell pepper 1 , sliced
  Cooked spaghetti 200 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a mortar, put cilantro, garlic, Thai chili and black peppercorns and crush with the pestle.
2. In a frying pan, heat cooking oil. Add the chicken, onion, Thai chili sauce, oyster sauce and black soy sauce. Stir well.
3. Tip in the cooked spaghetti and pour the water. Add bell peppers and salt. Mix well and cook for few minutes.
4. Turn off the heat and mix the Thai sweet basil.

SERVING
5. Serve this Thai Spicy Spaghetti hot.
