Thai Deep Fried Squid

Thinking about what to serve as snacks for your special dinner? This Thai deep fried squid recipe is just right for you. Add that little extra to your menu with this mouthwatering snack.
Ingredients
  Squid 1⁄2 Pound
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg yolk 1
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Galangal powder 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Spur chillies 3 , chopped
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

For the sauce, mix all the ingredients together. Mix till the sugar dissolves. Keep aside.
Cut squid into pieces of 1/8 of an inch. Put in a bowl. Add to it 1 egg yolk. Mix well. Coat squid in flour and deep fry. Drain out excess oil. Serve with the delicious sauce.
