All purpose flour
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1 Clove (5 gm), minced
3 , chopped
For the sauce, mix all the ingredients together. Mix till the sugar dissolves. Keep aside.
Cut squid into pieces of 1/8 of an inch. Put in a bowl. Add to it 1 egg yolk. Mix well. Coat squid in flour and deep fry. Drain out excess oil. Serve with the delicious sauce.
