Thai Sweet And Sour Salmon

Fish cooked in Thai style- does it make your mouth water? Here is a quick and easy Thai sweet and sour salmon recipe is one that would make you proud of your own culinary skills. Pamper your tastebuds with this simple and authentic Thai recipe.
Ingredients
  Salmon belly 1⁄2 Pound
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Soup sour base mix/Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger slice 1
  Prik khing curry paste 1 Tablespoon
  Chilli 1
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley sprig 1 (Optional)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a wok or frying pan on medium high heat, heat oil place the salmon and let it cook for about 3 minutes on each side remove and set aside.
For the sauce
2. In a small saucepan on medium high heat, heat together soy sauce, sugar, ginger and chilli and stir well to mix.
3. Add the curry paste and soup base, stir and cook until it well combined.

SERVING
4. Spoon sauce over the salmon and serve garnished with a sprig of parsley.
