Thai Deep Fried Banana Fritters Kluay Kaek

Ingredients
  Banana slices 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sweet potato slices 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooking oil 4 Cup (64 tbs) (For deep frying)
For batter
  Coconut milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rice flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Tapioca flour/Cornstarch 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Black sesame seeds/Sesame seeds 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a wok preheat the oil.
2. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients for batter.
3. Dip the banana and sweet potato slices in the batter, top on the sides of bowl to remove excess batter and put it in hot oil and deep fry for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown in colour.
4. Remove the fritters from oil and drain on the rack to drain excess oil.

SERVING
5. Serve hot as desired.
