  Snap peas 1⁄8 Pound
  Pork 1⁄4 Pound
  Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Dry shrimps 1 Tablespoon
  Chilli 1
  Lime leaves 3
  Thai red curry paste 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Take a wok and add 1 tbsp of oil. Add red curry paste. Stir till cooked. Add the dry shrimps, fish sauce and sugar. Stir for 10 seconds. Add the pork. Cook for 2 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of water. Stir. Add all the remaining ingredients and stir for 1 minute. Serve.
