Thai Steam Fish With Chili Lime Sauce

A simple to make steam fish with chillie lime sauce recipe.
Ingredients
  Catfish fillet 2 Pound
For the sauce
  Fish sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, chop
  Chilies 1 Tablespoon, chop
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop the garlic and chili, set aside.

MAKING
2. In a small bowl combine fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, garlic and chili, mix everything together until well incorporated.
3. In a steamer pour oil and bring it to a boil, place the plate of fish in the middle and steam the fish for 10 minutes.
4. After 10 minutes, remove the lid and pour the sauce on top of the steamed fish and cover and steam the fish for 2 more minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve the thai steam fish with chili lime sauce hot.
