Thai Green Curry With Chicken

Ingredients
  Chicken meat 300 Gram, diced
  Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon (Nam Pla)
  Red chilies 4 , sliced
  Basil leaves 5
  Coconut milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Thai green curry paste 20 Gram
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Kaffir lime leaves 2
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped shallots 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped galangal 1 Teaspoon (Thai Ginger)
  Sliced lemon grass 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped kaffir lime rind/Ordinary lime rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Black peppercorns 5
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Shrimp paste/2 teaspoon of dried prawns, ground fine 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Fry the Thai green curry paste in 2 tbsps of oil.
As the oil separates, add the fish sauce, coconut milk, basil leaves and the chicken meat.
Cook till the chicken is almost done.
Add the coconut milk, basil and kaffir lime leaves.
Taste and season with sugar if the curry is too spicy.
Garnish with red chillis.
