Pad Thai is the first recipe that crosses your mind when you think about Thai food.Not only in Thailand but Pad Thai is a very popular dish across the world. Here is my recipe of Pad Thai.
Ingredients
  Dried rice noodles 1⁄2 Pound (1/8" wide)
  Warm water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken 1⁄2 Pound
  Fish sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 6 Tablespoon
  Chopped garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) (chopped finely)
  White vinegar 6 Tablespoon
  Bean sprouts 3⁄4 Pound
  Ground roast chili 2 Tablespoon
  Lime wedges 3
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Green onions 4 , slivered
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
Directions

You begin with soaking noodles 30 minutes until it becomes soft. Mix sugar, vinegar, paprika and fish sauce & keep it aside.Heat oil in a wok & stir fry noodles & chicken.To this add garlic & the sauce that you just made.Place eggs somewhere between or under the noodles & add oil if required,also add sprouts to it.
When you serve it,garnish with green onions and lime wedges.

Every time I go out to eat,pad Thai is the first dish that I think of ordering.Then I thought that I don't have to go out every time that I want to eat pad Thai,I instead should cook it on my own.That is how I started cooking Pad Thai at home.
