|Warm water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fish sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped garlic||2 Clove (10 gm) (chopped finely)|
|White vinegar||6 Tablespoon|
|Bean sprouts||3⁄4 Pound|
|Ground roast chili||2 Tablespoon|
|Green onions||4 , slivered|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
You begin with soaking noodles 30 minutes until it becomes soft. Mix sugar, vinegar, paprika and fish sauce & keep it aside.Heat oil in a wok & stir fry noodles & chicken.To this add garlic & the sauce that you just made.Place eggs somewhere between or under the noodles & add oil if required,also add sprouts to it.
When you serve it,garnish with green onions and lime wedges.
