Thai Pork And Basil Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Serrano/Jalapeno chiles 3 , seeded and slivered
  Boneless pork 3⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced
  Basil leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut in fine threads
  Green onions 2 , cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces (Including Tops)
  Chicken broth/Water 2 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Dissolved In 1 Tablespoon Water)
Directions

Place a wok or wide frying pan over high heat until hot.
Add the oil, swirling to coat the sides.
Add the garlic and chiles and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 10 seconds.
Add the pork and stir-fry until it is no longer pink, about 2 1/2 minutes.
Add the basil and green onions and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the broth, fish sauce, and sugar; mix well and add the cornstarch solution.
Cook, stirring, until the sauce boils and thickens.
