Thai Salad With Pears

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bosc pears/Cornice pears 2 , sliced, unpeeled
  Cooked shrimps 12 Medium, shelled
  Cucumber 1 Medium, seeded and cut in thin strips
  Carrot 1 Medium, cut in thin strips
  Chopped fresh parsley/Chopped fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Add lemon juice to cold water. Dip pear slices into this to prevent browning.
2. Place shrimp, cucumber, carrot and parsley or cilantro in a bowl and toss.
3. Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
4. Divide salad greens among plates.
