This is a sauce that can be used with different foods and also as in ingredient to make recipes.
1 Cup (16 tbs) (green and red)
3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
1. In a wok over medium heat, add the Thai chilies and roast it. Keep stirring it to save from burning.
2. Transfer it to a mortar and gently grind the chilies with the pestle.
3. Put the ground chilies into a plastic container, add salt, white vinegar and mix well. Cover the container and store it.
4. Serve the Thai Chili Vinegar Sauce with toasts.
