Thai Chicken Salad With Crispy Rice. Healthy Chicken Salad

This amazingly tasty chicken salad can be served with lettuce, cucumber, red raddish or vegetables of your choices. Enjoy!!!
Ingredients
  Ground chicken/Turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fresh ginger 2 Tablespoon, sliced
  White onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Cilantro 10 Gram, chopped
  Mint leaves 10 Gram, chopped
  Shallot 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2 , sliced
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crispy brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (cooked)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a wok, boil water. Add chicken and cook it.
2. Turn off the heat and add ginger, white onion, mint leaves, shallots, red bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice and fish sauce.
3. Tip in the peanuts and crispy brown rice. Mix well.

SERVING
4. Serve the Thai Chicken Salad with lettuce, cucumber or any other vegetables.
