Thai Beef Salad With Healthy Salad Dressing

Ingredients
For dressing
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Thai chili paste 2 Tablespoon (Nam Prik Pao)
For beef
  Beef 1 Pound, cubed
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh cilantro 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper powder To Taste
For salad
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Tomato 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Shallot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2 , sliced
  Cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl, add beef, garlic, salt, cilantro, black pepper and mix well. Keep the beef marinated for 15 minutes.

MAKING
2. FOR DRESSING
In a bowl, pour fish sauce, lime juice and Thai chili paste. Mix well.
3. FOR BEEF
In a pan over medium heat, saute the marinated beef until done.

FINALIZING
4. In a serving platter, make a bed of cucumber, tomatoes, shallot, red bell pepper, and cilantro.
5. Place the beef over them and top with the dressing.

SERVING
6. Serve the Thai Beef Salad as it is.
