Ingredients
For larb
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shallot 5 Medium, chopped
  Chopped ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Low sodium soy sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped cilantro 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped scallion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped basil 1 Tablespoon
  Red pepper flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Coriander seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Serrano peppers 3 , deseed and chopped
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Ground beef 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cabbage leaves 8 Medium
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except for the beef.
2. In a hot non-stick pan on medium high heat, put the meat and stir fry until it gets light brown in colour.
3. Add in all the mixed ingredients from the bowl, stir and cook until the meat is tender.

SERVING
4. Serve hot divided equally in cabbage leaves.
