Thai mackerel salad

Thai macakrel salad is a fast, simple and delicious salad. It is a warm salad with lots of stir fried vegetables. Some variations are possible with this salad.
Ingredients
  Canned mackerel in tomato sauce 155 Gram (1 Can Ayam Brand)
  Lemon grass stalks 4 , halved
  Baby corns 5 , sliced
  Onions 2 Small, sliced
  Whole chili 3 , sliced
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Always wash well all the vegetable.
Halve the lemon grass and slice it.
Slice the baby corns and the chillies.
Then peel the 2 onions, cut them half and chop them.
STIR FRYING
Heat up the oil in a wok and add in the onion, the lemon grass, the baby corns and the chillies.
Stir fry for a while until fragrant
Add in the mackerel and stir gently until hot.
Do not hesitate to toss in some cashew nuts and chillies if you like it.
PRESENTATION
Serve it with some lettuce on the plate
Then put the mackerel on top of it.
