Thai Grilled Chicken
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||5 Pound (4 Pieces)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced garlic||2 Teaspoon (Bottled)|
|Red pepper flakes||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
Prepare grill for direct cooking.
Place chicken in shallow baking dish.
Combine soy sauce, garlic and pepper flakes in measuring cup.
Pour over chicken, turning to coat.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine honey and lime juice in small bowl until blended; set aside.
Place chicken on grid over medium coals; brush with marinade.
Discard remaining marinade.
Grill, covered, 5 minutes.
Brush both sides of chicken with honey mixture.
Grill 5 minutes more or until chicken is no longer pink in center
