How To Make Authentic Pad Thai Sauce At Home

Thai is one of the favorite street foods in Bangkok. By making Pad Thai Sauce in advance, make cooking Pad Thai is quick & easy. Just Simply Delicious.
Ingredients
  Garlic 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped finely
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Shallot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped finely
  Distilled white vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Palm sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tamarind paste 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Cooking oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a wok over medium low heat, pour vegetable oil.
2. Add garlic and shallots. And saute for 2 minutes or until light brown in colour.
3. Pour in the palm sugar, tamarind paste, white vinegar, salt and stir well for a few minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve the Pad Thai Sauce with vegetarian dishes.
