This is a fresh tasting seafood recipe.
|White wine||150 Milliliter|
|Lemongrass stalks||2 , slit and pounded lightly to release oils and flavour|
|Thai red chiles||2 , phrik chee fa|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm)|
|Chopped cilantro roots||4 , pounded|
|Fresh galanga slices/Frozen galanga slices||6|
|Mussels||2 Pound (debearded)|
Mix ingredients together, place in mussels, steam covered.
Place in bowls garnish with cilantro leaves.
