Full flavour and collour dish
Ingredients
  Tiger prawn 150 Gram
  Spring onion 20 Gram
  Red chilli 15 Gram
  Tomato 50 Gram
  Shallot 5 Gram
  Dried small chili 5 Gram
  Coriander 5 Gram
  Chicken stock 150 Milliliter
  Veg oil 30 Milliliter
  Tamarind paste 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Palm sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Deep fried prawn to cook and set aside.
Heat wok then add oil then put shallot allow cook to brawn.
Add tomatoes and chicken stock then add fish sauce, palm sugar and tamarind paste as well.
Add Prawn and remain ingredian left over coriander and dried chili for garnish.
Stir fried a few minute to cook and mix well.
Finally garnish with coriander and dried chilli

sounds wonderful, are you using any fresh chiles or is the dry roasted ones ground? 15 gm chili in the first step-is this fresh or dried? If dry are the roasted/smoked one or just dry. Phrk kee nu or phrik che fa?
