Thai-Style Skillet Supper
|Lean ground beef/Turkey /pork||1 Pound|
|Honey||180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|French salad dressing||1 Tablespoon|
|Cornstarch||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Water/Broth||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Soy sauce||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In large skillet or wok, brown beef over high heat.
Cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add French dressing and cornstarch mixed with water and soy sauce.
Continue cooking until thickened and clear.
Season with ginger and hot pepper sauce to taste.
