This is my recipe for Thai Iced tea that you can make from home. It tastes just like the ones you can order at Specialty Tea Places (Boba places) or even Thai Restaurants.
  Thai tea leaves 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Boiling water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Half and half 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.

Add 1/2 package of Thai Tea Leaves. Boil for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, pour tea into pitcher through a filter or you can also use a sieve/colander lined with coffee filter. Make sure to catch the tea leaves – discard the tea leaves.

Add sugar – 2 to 3 cups – depending on how sweet you want your tea. Mix the sugar until dissolved. Let your tea cool.

To serve, place ice on glass fill 3/4 of the glass with tea – add some half and half. Mix and enjoy!
