Healthy Stir Fry Thai Spicy Chili Garlic Sauce With Pork

Ingredients
  Pork 1 Pound, sliced
  White onion 1 , sliced
  Carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Thai chili 5 , sliced
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm)
  Sweet black soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
For marinade
  Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Seasoning sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, place pork and pour oyster sauce, seasoning sauce, and black pepper. Mix well and keep the pork marinated for 10 minutes.
2. In a mortar, add Thai chili and garlic. Crush them lightly, using the pestle.
3. In a wok, heat oil and add crushed chili and garlic. Saute it.
4. Add in the marinated pork and stir well.
5. Stir in the black soy sauce, carrots and onions.
6. Cook until the pork and vegetables are well cooked.

SERVING
7. Serve this Thai Spicy Pork Fry with green salads.

Hi Tastepadthai, how are you? Can you please suggest if I can use the chili garlic sauce either with lamb or chicken or it goes well only with pork recipes??
