Thai Marinade

This Thai inspired marinade is great for chicken strips, and shrimp just before cooking on the grill or BBQ.
Ingredients
  Lime zest 1 Tablespoon (zest of 1 lime)
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (smooth or crunchy)
  Coconut water 330 Milliliter (or coconut milk)
  Tamari/Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sriracha chili sauce 2 Teaspoon (1-2 teaspoon Thai hot red pepper sauce)
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon (juice of 1 lime)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl, combine lime zest, peanut butter, lime juice, Tamari, hot sauce, and coconut milk. Whisk well.

SERVING
2. Cover meat with marinade, cook and serve hot.

TIPS
Cover meat with marinade and place in refrigerator.
Chicken: 1-4 hours
Shrimp: 10-20 minutes
Tofu: 1-2 hours
