Tenderloin Casserole

Ingredients
  Pork tenderloins 1 Pound
  Fat 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mushroom soup 2 Can (20 oz)
  Mushroom stems and pieces 1 Can (10 oz)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned chow mein noodles 3 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cut tenderloin into cubes; roll in a mixture of salt, pepper and flour.
Fry in a little fat on top of stove.
When meat is almost done, stir in soup and mushrooms.
Place mixture in a casse role.
Pour milk over the top.
Do not stir milk in.
Add noodles on top.
Do not stir in.
Bake, un covered, at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
