Stuffed Tenderloin

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped mushrooms 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ham 6 Ounce, diced (1 Package)
  Minced green onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White bread cubes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Tenderloin 2 1⁄2 Pound, slit (1 In Number)
Directions

Preheat broiler.
Melt butter over medium heat; add mushrooms, ham, onions, salt, and pepper.
Cook until tender.
Add bread crumbs and water; toss gently.
Fill slit in tenderloin with this mixture.
Tie; broil 15 minutes on each side.
