Special Baked Tenderloin

Ingredients
  Beef tenderloin 4 Pound
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Beef bouillon cube 1
  Red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1 Pound (Whole Or Sliced)
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°.
Place tenderloin in roasting pan with at least 2 inch sides.
Cover top and sides of tenderloin with margarine.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
Dissolve beef bouillon in red wine and pour over tenderloin; add mushrooms and cook for 20 more minutes (no longer).
You will have some rare, medium rare, and medium meat.
