Grilled Pork Tenderloins

  Pork tenderloins 1 1⁄2 Pound (2 Whole, 3/4 Pound Each)
  Grated orange peel 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh tarragon/1 teaspoon dried tarragon 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon

1. Prepare charcoal fire for grilling. Place pork tenderloins in rectangular dish, 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inches. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over pork.
2. Cover tightly and microwave on high 5 minutes.
3. Insert barbecue meat thermometer in center of one of the pork tenderloins. Place pork, 5 to 6 inches from medium coals, on grill; reserve orange juice mixture. Cover and grill pork 25 to 30 minutes, turning and brushing with orange juice mixture several times, until thermometer registers 170°.
