Glazed Turkey Tenderloins
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Orange marmalade||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Finely chopped ginger/1/2 teaspoon ground ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Cook turkey breast tenderloins in oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat about 5 minutes or until brown on one side; turn turkey.
Stir in remaining ingredients; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until turkey is done and sauce is thickened.
Cut turkey into thin slices.
Spoon sauce over turkey.
