Select a cantaloupe that is soft to the touch on the bottom end.
Take a sharp knife.
Cut both end sides of the cantaloupe.
Remove the outer skin of the fruit.
Cut the fruit into half.
Scoop out the seeds from the middle of halves.
Scrape out some more skin from both halves.
Cut the fruit into small pieces.
