Cooking a meal in the kitchen usually starts with chopping an onion, so if you master the art of chopping it, you can chop anything and can make your own meal. The chef in the video shows and easy and a difficult way of dicing an onion. Obviously, the difficult method is bit harder to achieve but gives more uniform cubes of onion whereas the easier method is easy but doesn’t give a uniform pieces as the difficult method. Nevertheless, both methods are good enough to follow.
