9 Pour 2 cups of eggs and milk mixture in each shell and fill them up.
10 Place the shells in the oven and bake at the mentioned temperature or at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
11 Reduce the temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for another 25 minutes.
12 Place on a cooling rack for 10 minutes before serving.
