  • Use the salad spinner or kitchen colander to squeeze off excess water. Place your lettuce in colander and cover it with paper towels.  Hold the paper towels tightly and turn the colander upside down to wipe out excess water.
  • As a final step to revive wilted lettuce you need to place it in vegetable drawer of refrigerator.  It may take some time to revive wilted lettuce in refrigerator. It is always best to leave them over night and use it the next day.

It may take some time to revive the wilted lettuce, so try to store it for more time. Perhaps you may allow it to stay in refrigerator for about 10-12 hours or to say overnight.
