Instructions on how to grill corn without husk
Before removing the husks off the corn on the cob, you can soak it in a bucket of cold water for an hour or so. Then, remove the husks gently off the corn on the cob. Alternately, you can place the de-husked corn in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes prior grilling. Now, set your grill to a medium heat. Then, place the soaked corn on the grill. Grill the corn from all sides, turning it to different sides at regular intervals. Do this at least 4 to 5 times for approximately 10 to 15 minutes till the corn turns golden. Prefer using a pair of tongs for holding the corns, as they will be pretty much hot to touch at this stage. Now, remove the corn from the grill and turn it off.
Season the grilled corn
Now before you start enjoying your crispy grilled corn, brush it with a generous amount of butter and season it with some salt and pepper.
