Greetings! I have been developing recipes and ran low on my brown sugar so instead of digging some out of the food storage, I decided to show you how easy it is to make your own. Remember, as long as you have the right ingredients on hand, you will never be without. As long as you have the knowledge you will always know exactly what to do. These things are the most important tools in your kitchen aside from your hands. Your knowledge and your larder! To make brown sugar simply add 2 tablespoons of molasses to 1 cup of granulated sugar. If you wish to have a lighter brown sugar, simply add 1 tablespoon per cup of sugar. Stir well or do as I did and throw a big batch in your mixer and get a bunch done at once!I hope you give this a try and I hope you love it!Happy Eating!
