Garlic Tea

This Garlic Tea is the very first thing you can grap when you are down with some light stomach ailments. It's no joke, both garlic and tea are known for medicinal properties and the combination really works. So next time you are down with illness you know what home remedy to take.
Ingredients
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 10 Clove (50 gm)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Ginger 1 1⁄2 Inch, chopped
  Sliced jaggery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cloves 6
  Coriander seeds 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Put all these ingredients except the jaggery, in 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Then let the decoction simmer till it is reduced to one cup.
Then add the jaggery, let it dissolve and take off the flame.
It can be sipped in small doses through the day.
