|Garlic||10 Clove (50 gm)|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Ginger||1 1⁄2 Inch, chopped|
|Sliced jaggery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Turmeric powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Coriander seeds||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Put all these ingredients except the jaggery, in 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Then let the decoction simmer till it is reduced to one cup.
Then add the jaggery, let it dissolve and take off the flame.
It can be sipped in small doses through the day.
