#941 Spice Tea

Today I made some spice tea.
Ingredients
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tea leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Peppercorns 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cardamom powder 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Soy milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING:
1)In a heated pot of boiling water combine peppercorns, tea leaves and ginger.
2)Boil this brew well.
3)Strain into a pot and mix in the cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, nutmeg, brown sugar and soy milk and mix well.

SERVING:
4)Serve warm and enjoy!
