Ingredients
  Tea bags 4
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Ho shou wu 1 Teaspoon
  Astralagus 1 Teaspoon
  Chinese red ginseng 1 Teaspoon
  Stevia 1 Teaspoon
  Coconut butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Soak tea bag in hot water in a mug for 10 minutes.

MAKING
2. transfer tea to a blending jar.
3. Add in Ho shou wu, astralagus, Chinese red Ginseng, stevia, coconut butter.
4. Blend for a few minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve tea in a glass.
