Green Tea banana ice cream
1. Add the same amount of hot water to Matcha powder and mix into a paste with spoon.
2. Put banana, soy milk, sugar and matcha mixture in a blender / mixer and process until smooth.
3. Whip whipping cream until stiff.
4. Mix all the mixtures together and freeze for about 2 hours. Then stir with a spoon and freeze again. Repeat this stir and freeze method for about 2 to 3 times for better texture, and then freeze overnight. Put out from the freezer 10 minutes before you serve.
5. Serve chilled
