Frosted Mint Tea
|Boiling water||3 Quart|
|Mint jelly||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon (As Required)|
|Sugar||1 Teaspoon (As Required)|
|Lemon lime carbonated beverage/Ginger ale||3 Quart, chilled|
1)Pour boiling water over tea bags cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
2)Remove tea bags and add mint jelly and 1/4 cup sugar, stirring until dissolved.
4)Dip rims of glasses in lemon juice and then in sugar and freeze glasses.
5)Combine tea and lemon-lime carbonated beverage, pour over ice in glasses.
6)Garnish each glass with lemon and mint.
