Iced Tea

Ingredients
  Tea leaves 4 Teaspoon
  Chopped mint 2 Tablespoon
  Lemongrass blade 4
  Sugar To Taste
  Lime juice To Taste
  Mint sprig 6 (For Garnish)
  Thin lime slices 6 , slit halfway down (Round Slices, For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a large teapot or jug and put tea leaves, mint and lemon grass in it.
2.Add 6 cups boiling water and let the aroma infuse for 5 minutes.
3.Strain the mixture.
4.Add a sprinkling of sugar and lime juice as per taste .
5.Refrigerate.

SERVING
6.Serve by filling 3/4th in glasses by adding 2-3 icecubes.
7.Garnish with mint sprig or lime.
