Pineapple Mint Iced Tea

Ingredients
  Boiling water 10 Cup (160 tbs)
  Tea leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mint sprig 2
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemons 5 , juiced
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl add tea leaves and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
2) Strain.
3) Add 4 mint sprigs.
4) Let stand to cool.
5) Add water to the sugar and simmer to form a syrup.
6) Let the tea cool and remove the mint.
7) Mix tea and syrup together.
8) Put in refrigerator and chill.

SERVING
9) Mix lemon juice before serving.
10) Add ice cubes in tall glasses.
11) Garnish with pineapple spears and top with mint sprigs.
