Lemon Verbena Iced Tea

Ingredients
  Water 48 Fluid Ounce (6 Cups Or 1.5 Liter)
  Tea leaves 1 Ounce (30 Grams Or 6 Tablespoon, Earl Grey)
  Lemon verbena 1⁄2 Ounce, dried
  Lemon verbena leaves 1⁄2 Ounce (15 Grams Or 1/4 Cup)
  Ice cubes 8
  Lemon slices 6 (For Garnish)
  Sugar/Honey 2 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a teakettle or a saucepan and pour the water in it.
2. Bring the water to boil.
3.Take a 1 1/2 -2qt (1.5 - 2-1) teapot or pitcher and put in the tea leaves as well as the lemon verbena leaves.
4. Pour the boiling water into the teapot.
5.Let steep for 5 minutes.
6. Strain the tea .
7.Let it cool and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.

SERVING
8.Take serving glasses and put in some ice cubes in them.
9.Pour in the chilled tea.
10. Garish with the lemon slices and serve with honey or sugar to be added according to taste.
