Hot Spiced Tea

Ingredients
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon zest strip 2 , removed with a vegetable peeler (2 Pieces)
  Lemon zest strips 2 , removed with a vegetable peeler (3 Inch Pieces)
  Whole star anise 1 , broken into points
  Whole cloves 6
  Loose tea leaves 2 Teaspoon (Oolong / Other Black Variety)
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a small saucepan,add water,lemon zest,anise and cloves.
2 Bring to a boil over medium-low heat.
3 Remove from the heat and stir in the tea and honey. Cover and let stand for 3 minutes.

SERVING
4 Strain into a warmed cup and serve immediately.
