Easy Flaxseed Tea

Ingredients
  Water 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Flaxseed 8 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Simmer flax seed and water for 15-20 minutes and store in refrigerator
2. Mix should be rather thick so that you "bite" each mouthful rather than drink it.
3. Lemon juice can be added to taste.

SERVING
4. Serve the tea at room temperature. this dish is a laxative and 1-3 cups can be taken daily.
