Yogurt and tea part 2, in the earlier part of the video we learnt to make yogurt and techniques to flavor it. In this part we will learn to make herbal tea. We will learn to use various healthy combinations to make tea with herbs and spices that are good for curing and preventing aliments and also help in leaving the tea drinking habit. Enjoy making herbal tea with dehydrated ingredients.
Ingredients
  Tea bags 5
  Dehydrated powdered pineapple 3 Teaspoon
  Coconut 1 Teaspoon
  Date sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Dehydrated orange slice 1 Medium
Directions

1. Mix all the dry herbs, sugar and pineapple in a tea bag.
2. Using an iron press it to seal.
3. Boil water and drop the bag into it to make herbal tea.
4. It takes 15 minutes for the team to be ready.
