Spicy Chai Concentrate

Kiss processed Chai powders goodbye and enjoy a raw food recipe for Chai. Keep this chai concentrate on hand or making hot or iced chai, sweetening desserts or flavoring your morning oat groats.
Ingredients
  Ginger 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, grated
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Cinnamon powder 1 Teaspoon
  Clove powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla essence 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raw honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, add ginger, black pepper, cinnamon, clove, vanilla and honey.
2. Blend this mixture for about 2 minutes until well combined and smooth.

SERVING
3. Serve this spicy chai concentrate mixed in a glass of hot or cold almond milk.
