1. Put the milk and water into a saucepan and bring to the boil, then add the teabags. Lower the heat and add the cinnamon, cardamoms and clove. Bring slowly back to the boil and boil for 3-5 minutes. Strain into a teapot, discarding the spices. Serve with or without sugar.
