Hot Ginger Tea

Ingredients
  Black tea leaves 3 Teaspoon
  Grated fresh ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1 Liter (4 cups)
Directions

1.Place tea and ginger in a warmed teapot.
Pour over boiling water, stir and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
Stir again and strain before pouring.
2.Flavourteawith lemon juiceand honey if desired.
