Toasted Tea Fingers
|White bread slices||6|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Start oven, set at Moderately Hot, 400° F.
2. Trim the crusts from the bread and cut in 1-inch strips or fingers.
3. Brush on all sides with melted butter or margarine.
4. Mix the cinnamon and sugar and roll the strips in it.
5. Place on a cooky sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
